My China Ceramics is a small batch studio launched by South African ceramist and maker, Chelsea Westman. Now based in Bristol, her work is inspired by years spent living in Asia and a deep love for traditional Chinese blue-and-white porcelain. She uses those time-honoured techniques to tell new stories, an attempt to recreate your gran’s good china, but for you. 

Each piece is hand-thrown with coloured porcelain or painted with illustrations that reflect some part of our lives: a special pet, place, or a moment you want to relive with your morning coffee.
